He's the Monkey of the zodiac. Ritsu has a very low self-esteem and is often seen apologizing for everything.

He dresses like a female because he feels that cross-dressing calms him down. Her... I mean, his cross dressing routine makes other people mistake him as a woman. Ritsu has a long hair and has freakishly convincing beauty for a man.

Ritsu often blames things on himself that have nothing to do with him, and occasionally becomes suicidal. He has an odder quirk of having some sort of "special" spot on his side that, when pressed, makes him keel over and faint.

His parents always had to apologize for everything he did, so he is very unsure of himself. He feels that every day, he is robbing the world's air by breathing.

His Mom is Mesho Sohma. The host of Sohma Hotsprings.

I'm going to college?

I'm thinking of going to college. When I said this to mom, she almost fainted. I think I can do it. I want to become better. I want to help.

I have to enroll cram school to prepare myself. I've forgotten what I've learned in school. Thinking about going to college makes me real excited but I'm still mostly undecided. I just threw out this idea for me to ponder. When I think about it, I get overwhelmed too.

This is going to be a big step for me. I hope I could just join other Sohmas who plan to go to college. I'd be feeling a lot more comfortable. If I go to college, what should I get? That's another big thing for me to think about.

As far as I know, Haru-san and Rin-san are working here to save money for college. Maybe I could hitch-hike with them. You can say that I've been influenced by them. Such a noble cause to work and earn money to pay for tuition, is it not? I was inspired.

This is what I've been thinking for the past few weeks.
