He's the Monkey of the zodiac. Ritsu has a very low self-esteem and is often seen apologizing for everything.

He dresses like a female because he feels that cross-dressing calms him down. Her... I mean, his cross dressing routine makes other people mistake him as a woman. Ritsu has a long hair and has freakishly convincing beauty for a man.

Ritsu often blames things on himself that have nothing to do with him, and occasionally becomes suicidal. He has an odder quirk of having some sort of "special" spot on his side that, when pressed, makes him keel over and faint.

His parents always had to apologize for everything he did, so he is very unsure of himself. He feels that every day, he is robbing the world's air by breathing.

His Mom is Mesho Sohma. The host of Sohma Hotsprings.

RIGHT?! RIGHT?! RIGHT?!?!?!

Haru-kun asked me to give Rin-chan a letter today. To be honest, I was too curious and I almost opened it. But I gasped and realized what sin I'd bear if I opened it! It's just that-- Haru-kun writing a letter... is just not him. Had they exchanged letters in the past? I don't know. But since both of them are working in the hotsprings now, they should just talk to each other? Saa saa! No need to be shy.

I delivered the letter without fail. I slipped it under the door to Rin-chan's room. And I made sure it was inserted properly and it wasn't exposed in the hall. That might make other people curious as well and pick it up. I'm glad I made delivered it properly... I wouldn't know what I'd do if I failed Haru-kun.

Gasp! I did put it under Rin-chan's door... right?! RIGHT?!
